Dried Saltbush Dukkah
Dried Saltbush makes for a tasty Dukkah. Combined with Macadamia and Pepperleaf, the Indigiearth Saltbush Dukkah is a handy staple in the cupboard for entertaining or for everyday cooking with a touch of the Australian outback. About: Salt Bush adapts to dry, salty soils and traditionally the seeds were ground by Aboriginal people for a form of flour and made into a damper-style bread. The leaves are often used as a bed or wrap for meat or fish, in salads or as a leafy bed for grilled meat or vegetables. It's great served with olive oil on bread or with meats.
Lilly Pilly Jam
The Lilly Pilly fruit matures from December to February as a pear-shaped red berry, known as a Riberry, growing to 13 mm long. The berry has a tart, cranberry-like flavour, that has a hint of cloves. 220 grams.
Bush Tomato Chutney
A super tasty, sweeter style relish featuring the rich pungent flavour of the Bush Tomato. Delicious on crackers, with finger food, meats, hard cheeses or wherever you would like a delicious tasty relish. Great addition to a curry, as a dipping relish for meatballs or any tomato-base recipe. About: Bush Tomatoes are native to the more arid parts of Australia and have been a food source for Aboriginal people for thousands of years.
