Territory Gourmet Dukkah is a boutique family owned & operated business based out of Darwin in the Northern Territory. In 2014 local chefs Mary Lehmann and Chris May launched Territory Gourmet with a range of unique & decadent products inspired by local produce. 

The strong culinary background of founders due to their previous successes as restaurateurs guided their artisan approach to business. Passionate about supporting local businesses their products are produced and prepared from scratch. They pride themselves on facilitating their customers in ‘celebrating food' and experiencing a memorable dining experiences.

Their Territory Gourmet brand was launched after demand for their superb in-house condiments which diners wanted to take home with them. After years of ‘Wow, where can I buy that relish from' and ‘ You should bottle that sauce' they launched their own range. Their condiment business has since undergone expansion, with producers now offering a variety of products showcasing the best of the Northern Territory. From jams & fiery hot chilli sauces to bush foods, dry rubs and our absolute favourite .... their sensational hand blended dukkah's Territory Gourmet emanate a multicultural mix of cuisine,and passion for creativity. 

The show stopping spicy Bulldust Dukkah was created to be synonymous with their Territorian landscape and its associated tale, it has been a hit among locals and visitors in the NT. Earning its name on a glorious Darwin day during a trip ‘up the track' to visit friends owners were inspired by the red dust & flecks of different coloured muds which beautifully decorated their surrounds. The now covered country vehicle had an uncanny resemblance to the dukkah creation just made which aptly gave the product its name of Spicy Bulldust Dukkah. 

With all of their products being beautifully hand-made from preparation & cooking to the labeling process, quality and consistency is assured across their creations. Working in small batches they believe enables them to protect their artisan approach and continue to provide products which have their own special moment in time. Whether their dukkah is enjoyed in the city overlooking the harbour, watching the sunset on the beach, fishing in the mangroves or relaxing poolside at home everyone enjoys this special treat and the ability to make everyday meals gourmet.
