Apple and Maple Crumble 

Ingredients 

4 apples 
½ cup frozen raspberries 
1tsp vanilla 
1 cup FARE Maple Granola 

 

Method 

Cut the apples into chunks, mix with raspberries and vanilla and cook slowly over a medium heat for 10 minutes until tender. 

Once cooked, put apple mixture into a shallow baking dish and top with granola. 

Cook at 180c in the oven for 15 minutes. 

Serve with Greek yoghurt or ice cream – depending on the time of the day!  

Can be enjoyed for breakfast or dinner.
