The Country Culture team happily posts Australia-wide from our warehouse fulfilment centre in Sydney from Monday to Friday ( excluding public holidays). We aim to send out orders within 1-3 business days, unless you have chosen same-day delivery (please see details in table below).

If, for any reason, your order will take longer to dispatch, you will be notified via email. Please note that packages cannot be re-routed to another address once it has been sent. For this reason, please make sure that your delivery address is 100% accurate when placing your order. 

Regular Shipping Options

Delays via our providers are out of our control, however we are happy to raise an enquiry with our shipping providers if you have experienced any difficulties. Country Culture cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control, and we kindly ask you to treat our team with courtesy. For standard and express shipping, we send orders via Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are based on proximity to metro, regional, or remote areas, with shorter delivery times expected for cities, and longer ones for remote regions.

Incorrect Addresses and Redelivery 

Country Culture is more than happy to redeliver an order if it is returned to us (usually due to an incorrect address, or if no one was able to receive it). However, to save time and hassle and avoid delays, please check beforehand that the address you elect to ship to is the correct one.  

If we have to redeliver an item, we will need to charge a re-delivery fee of $25.00 for all Australian deliveries. This includes a Return-To-Sender fee as well as the cost of resending the parcel out again via Australia Post. For orders that qualified for free shipping, we will unfortunately have to charge you this fee, as complimentary shipping only covers the first instance of shipping.

Please be aware that Country Culture is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, as well as any extra fees or charges incurred whilst entering into another country. 

If you are purchasing a bulk corporate order, we will send you a quote for shipping, and payment will need to be received before dispatch. 

If your orders do not arrive at their intended destination after two weeks, please notify us at [email protected].

Dispatch Date Requests

While we strive to accommodate your preferred dispatch dates, please note that during peak seasons, our fulfillment times may vary. The processing time can also depend on the quantity of gift hampers ordered.

We appreciate your understanding if slight adjustments are necessary to ensure the quality and care put into each hamper.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We are happy to ship internationally however at this stage, please email us on [email protected] for an individual quote. Once the quote has been accepted, we will send you an invoice. Once paid, your order will be sent internationally. All deliveries will have limited tracking services unless express shipping and/or insurance is requested via email.  Once sent, a package identification number will be emailed to you for tracking.

Please be aware that Country Culture is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, as well as any extra fees or charges incurred whilst entering into another country.

Returns Policy

At Country Culture, we would like our customers to be one hundred percent happy with their product purchases.

In the unlikely event that the product you have purchased is faulty or is different to its description and/or image, we are happy for you to return it within 14 days of receipt of the purchase.

We are also happy for you to return goods if you have changed your mind within 14 days of receipt of purchase.

Please email us at [email protected] as soon as you receive your order to let us know and we will be in touch about the best way to return the item. When the goods have been returned in perfect condition, Country Culture will then offer you either a full refund or a store credit to the same value. Payments will be made by Country Culture via Paypal or our credit card gateway.  The associated shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Due to supply and freight issues during December 2022, Country Culture reserves the right to replace any product with a product of the same value or more. 

 In the event an item is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or the delivery can not be fulfilled, Country Culture will invoice the customer for the cost of the returned freight. If the customer would like the item to be resent, we will have to charge a shipping fee of $25.00 to cover the return and the resend. Please note this covers all corporate orders as well. 

Very rarely, you may order a product which may not be available for an unforeseen reason, or may have just sold out. Country Culture will offer you a store credit or refund to the same value as the item including shipping costs.

Please note: If you purchase a product which is handmade to order, Country Culture will not accept returns or a change of mind.
