I need a corporate gift in a hurry
In that case, we recommend choosing something from our ready-made range of gift hampers. We offer same-day-delivery in Sydney and express shipping Australia wide. If it's a big order, please contact us at hello@countryculture.com.au to confirm stock.
Can I design my own hamper?
Of course, you can create your own gift, or if you see a hamper you like, but you want to add a personal touch, you can always add something extra to your gift! If you need help, we're only a phone call/email/chat away, and can create the gift for you.
I like a gift hamper, but there's one product out of stock.
On the rare occasion that this happens, we will always have a similar backup product to replace it with. At check out, you can tick "Replace an out-of-stock product" with a product of the same or higher value. If you choose not to tick that box, and we have an issue, we will attempt to call and/or email you to ask for your approval first. We will not send the gift out until we have your approval.
I'd like to know more about your eco-friendly packaging.
Our gift boxes are 100% Australian made using recyclable e-flute cardboard. Inside, your gifts are wrapped with care using our map of Australia recyclable tissue paper.
How do you do good with your hampers?
We support Australian regional, small batch and First Nations peoples, makers and producers. Additionally, for every hamper you buy, we donate a meal to our partners at Oz Harvest.
How do I secure a bulk order?
For large orders, we will send you an invoice for a 50% deposit after you approve our quote.
What customisation and branding do you offer?
For bulk orders, please consider the following options and include them in your quote:
  • Add your logo to the bottom of the gift message.
  • Design and print a card with your branding.
  • Include a story card that explains the origin of the products you have selected.
  • Design and print a ribbon with your logo.
For orders of 40-50 gift boxes or more, we offer custom printed boxes with your logo.
